My active participation in negotiations provided a deep understanding of the UN system and its bodies, including ECOSOC and CEDAW. I chaired the 8th Meeting of States Parties to the Cluster Weapons Convention and led the Latin American and Caribbean Group on human rights issues. In addition to my diplomatic experience, I served as a Senior Launch Customer Specialist at Ergeon. I managed customer relationships during product launches and developed sales strategies to effectively address client needs, driving successful outcomes and contributing to revenue growth. My role also involved the management of pipelines, ensuring smooth operations and the timely delivery of services, which enhanced overall customer satisfaction and streamlined the launch processes. Regarding my experience in public relations and strategic communication, I have developed a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and build robust relationships with diverse stakeholders. I have successfully utilized media engagement and communication strategies to raise awareness, foster positive relationships, and advance the goals of the organizations I represent.
