I have 20+ years of progressive HR experience in healthcare, legal, financial, IT and immigration industries including multi-unit, multi-state retail and professional service firms. I have a proven record of enhancing HR Shared Services from administrative silos to HR Business Partners working together with domestic and global business departments. In a recent project, I created a HR infrastructure for an existing 400+ employee dental support organization (DSO). We offboarded the existing PEO and implemented cloud-based payroll/HRIS system within a 2.5 month period. Six weeks later, we integrated the online Benefit Administration System with weekly feeds to/from the new PR/HRIS system and all benefit providers. We also automated the applicant tracking and background checks which were integrated with the company career page. These efforts resulted in a first year annual savings of greater than $600,000.
