I have a passion for Mechanical Engineering, Design & Manufacturing. I love helping people and companies bring their ideas to life! I have over 24 years of mechanical engineering & design experience. My design experience includes designing parts and assemblies for injection molding, punch press, press brake, machining, laser/water jet cutting, & welding. Much of my experience is also designing assemblies for various industries such as Aerial Work Platforms, Machine Tool, Automation & Robotics. I have a background engineering in a fast-paced corporate environment. In that arena, I did design work for companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Space X, Blue Origin, Ford, GM, Fanuc Robotics and many others. I have created several designs that have been awarded patents (10,724,657; Cable carrier guide, 9,803,721; Hybrid cable carrier chain, 9,722,402; Cable carrier guide, 7,784,259; Monolithic enclosed cable carrier). My work has embodied projects as small as a single part to complex systems containing thousands of parts. In my freelance experience I have worked with (still working with) several established companies and many startups. I have connections with manufacturing in China & the US, so I have been able to move some of those clients into production of their products after designing them. If you are interested in moving your project in that direction, we should talk. Specialties: Mechanical Design, 3D Modeling, FEA Simulation 2D Drawing, 2D to 3D conversion, Product Design, Product Development, Project Management, New Product Development, AutoCAD Administration, SolidWorks Administration, Vault Administration I have licensed seats of SolidWorks Professional, Simulation Professional & AutoCAD.Concept Design

I don’t just design buildings. I provoke them into existence. Every wall I draw, every threshold I define, every material I choose — it’s not decoration. It’s narrative. It’s structure speaking back. The built environment isn’t just where life happens. It is life — spatialized, dramatized, stretched across steel and sweat. And I’m the one pulling it out of the void. I didn’t fall into architectural design. I tore my way in from the fine art side, sketchbook full of contradictions and no tolerance for hollow space. I trained at the Art Students League, learned precision at Pratt, unlearned obedience at Harvard. That’s my alphabet. That’s how I spell form. I build from emotion, not ego. I chase that moment — you’ve felt it — when a space cracks something open in you. When a corridor compresses your chest before releasing it into light. When the ceiling drops low enough to make you listen, then rises again like breath after grief. That’s what I’m after: spatial honesty. Buildings with pulse. Downtown Indy has a few of mine. You may have walked in. You may have felt the air change. You may have noticed the layout held you a little too long before letting go. That wasn’t accidental. I meant for it to haunt you. Architecture isn’t neutral. A floor plan can seduce. A facade can challenge. A doorframe can ask questions no therapist would dare. My process is not about trends or style points. It’s about the why. Why this wall? Why that light? Why is the threshold just wide enough for hesitation? Every choice is an invitation to feel something — not just look at it. This isn’t HGTV. This is excavation. My clients come to me when they want space that does more than sit still. They want tension, intention, rhythm, restraint. They want their homes, restaurants, studios, or sacred spaces to say something — not in quotes on the wall, but in massing, proportion, shadow, weight. They want architecture that reflects who they are beneath the performance. I build real environments for real lives. I work in wood, concrete, steel, glass — but also in story, silence, and shift. I listen like a therapist, design like a composer, and build like someone who believes every inch of space holds consequence. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. So if you’re ready to stop thinking of design as surface and start living inside something that matters — if you want to walk through your own story told in structure — then I’m already sketching. Let’s build something that breathes.Concept Design
