I was given a certificate for success and as part of the team. Also, I have been a chat and email technical support professional for Dell which includes troubleshooting issues related to Dell Systems of Small Medium Businesses and Employee Purchase Program, processing hardware and software warranties, tracking the shipment of hardware/software parts replacements, forwarding escalated issues to management and assurance of issue resolution within a week time frame by constantly exchanging email communications to customers. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and also earned some units in MIT (Masters in Information and Technology).
