I do have the experience being in the call center business for 4 years (I've been thru customer service and sales team) and 7 years of virtual assistant job to realtors as well and I'm very organized in the things I work on. I also believe that being a licensed nurse will help me excel in this position as I am familiar with medical terms and processes as well I am also a team player and can adapt really well to new things introduce in the company. I also believe in hearing out what other might say to me, either it’s a compliment or criticism, because I know that is where I will learn more. I am also the type that if I don’t know a certain thing or process, I say it out and ask for help as a last resort, after using all my resources for the answer. I would rather do that than sacrificing the work and being a know-it-all and end up in a tight mess, at least me admitting I don’t know something makes me learn it from my superior and use it in the future.CRM
