🌟 Dynamic and passionate learning experience designer, navigating the world of knowledge with precision and creativity. 🚀 Rich background in corporate giants and startup ventures, bringing a unique blend of training delivery, engagement strategies, and instructional design expertise. 🌐 Advocate for learner-centered, whole brain, and experiential learning approaches. 🌱 Not just a trainer, but a trainer of trainers, sharing my knowledge and empowering my clients to create their own future learning designs. Scope Project Proposal: I recommend starting our partnership with a scoping project, which serves as a trial run to ensure alignment and clarity before diving into the full project. Features and benefits of the scope project include: • ✅ Realistic Timelines and Estimates: Gain clarity on project timelines and estimates. • ✅ Budget Planning: Secure a small budget for scoping, making budget planning more manageable. • ✅ Expert Proposal and Estimation: Receive comprehensive estimates and insights for streamlined project planning. • ✅ Client Understanding: Foster a more effective working relationship by ensuring mutual understanding of project requirements. • ✅ Streamlined Process: Smooth transition into the actual work with key details already confirmed. But Courtney…What’s a Learning Experience Designer?🧐 I’m glad you asked! 🤓 In the realm of instructional design, many are similar to traditional lightbulbs💡, providing essential illumination for learning. However, learning experience designers, like energy-efficient LED lights (no pun intended), go beyond mere illumination to create immersive and engaging learning experiences.💎 By leveraging hemispheric strategies to balance right 🧠 and left 🧠 brain processing, they ensure that learners are not only informed but also inspired to explore and apply their newfound knowledge. 🌟 As a learning experience designer and 4MAT master trainer, I merge the principles of both methodologies to shape immersive and impactful learning journeys🤿. By harnessing the 4MAT model, I guarantee that my courses resonate with various learning styles, activating both left and right brain functions. 🆒 In addition, I've developed an intuitive AI-powered 🦾design software called 4MATe.io, tailored to simplify the creation of sales pitches, coaching wheels, meeting agendas, micro-learning modules, and comprehensive curriculum designs. With 4MATe.io, managers, sales teams, educators, and trainers alike can effortlessly follow the 4MAT model framework to develop robust and engaging learning materials, empowering them to deliver impactful learning experiences.Curriculum DevelopmentAdobe CaptivateProject ManagementTrainingFacilitationTraining DesignBeauty & Personal CareArticulate StorylineArticulate RiseAdobe PhotoshopAdobe Premiere ProAdobe InDesignAdobe IllustratorExplainer VideoInstructional Design Want to browse more freelancers?
