Professional Experience
At ACDI/VOCA, I currently serve as the M&E/MIS Specialist for the USAID Zambia Enterprise Development and Growth Enhanced (EDGE) Activity. In this role, I lead the development and management of the Project Management Information System (MIS), ensuring compliance with corporate M&E policies. I provide data analysis, performance reporting, and business intelligence, creating models, queries, and visualizations to support real-time project performance. My responsibilities also include offering technical support and troubleshooting for MIS and data visualization, as well as training staff on data entry and mobile data capture applications.
Previously, I worked at the Non-governmental Gender Organizations Coordinating Council (NGOCC) as the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Policy Analysis Coordinator. I was instrumental in operationalizing the NGOCC M&E system and framework, enhancing the organization's capacity to monitor and evaluate program implementation effectively. My role involved overseeing research activities, developing Policy Statements and Issues Papers, and facilitating consultations with internal and external experts. I also provided technical assistance for various programs, including Climate Change Mitigation, Women Economic Empowerment, and Sexual Reproductive Health.
At CARE International, I served in multiple roles, including M&E Coordinator for the Scaling Up Nutrition Intervention (SUNI) Project and the Scaling Up Nutrition Fund Program. I oversaw the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of health, nutrition, agriculture, and WASH field activities. I also led capacity-strengthening activities for key line ministries and NGOs, conducted data quality assessments, and developed M&E frameworks for nutrition programs.
In addition to my roles at CARE International, I worked as the Program M&E Coordinator for the Nutrition at the Centre Project, where I designed and implemented the monitoring system for the program, supervised evaluations, and disseminated findings to stakeholders. At Concern Worldwide Zambia, I was the Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation Officer for the Realigning Agriculture to Improve Nutrition Project, where I developed an M&E system and managed regular monitoring surveys.
