    Over the last 4 years I have worked as a Customer Service Representative, promoted as a Team Leader then later on became a Subject Matter Expert at a BPO Company. After working on a BPO company, I decided try being a freelancer and that's when I got hired as a Admin Assistant and Lead generation. I've been doing Admin task such as generating reports, managing Google calendar, posting ads/job offers via Craigslist, managing Hubspot, Zoho and other CRM, Trello, etc. I'm also good when it comes to client relation, email marketing, chat support, etc. I'm confident enough that I can do all the task that needs to be done and that my experience are enough to become one of your company/team asset. I know there are still a lot of tools and systems out there that I haven't used yet but I can assure you that I'm a fast learner and I can work with a minimal supervision. My number 1 goal is 100% client satisfaction. I am very thorough and willing to do what ever is necessary to produce an excellent final product for the client.
