Year 2016 - 2017 I got hired with Curo Teknika as a collections agent Billing Department. - Handled outbound and Inbound calls for smart customers. - Call them to remind them about their due balance each month. - Educate them about how the billing accumulates and their total due balance. - Make sure to note every important details especially if they make a promise about when to pay the bill.
