Additionally, Christopher supported internal and external initiatives and programs such as, Clinical Quality Improvement, Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home, Michigan Medicaid Meaningful Use and Promoting Interoperability, Merit-based Incentive Payment System, the Physician Organization of Michigan Accountable Care Organization, the Michigan State Innovation Model and others. This role involved collaboration with internal and external partners, such as Information Systems, Clinical, Operations, Physician Hospital Organizations, state Health Information Exchanges, third-party insurances, software partners and service partners to leverage and optimize clinical and operational processes & workflows as well as software systems and data exchange mechanisms to achieve the greatest efficiencies and optimal performance in the support of optimal patient outcomes, as evidenced by reportable clinical quality measures.
