I can help you managing products by generating or maintaining: Competitive Analysis Documents, Product Strategy and Vision Documents, Specs and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), RoadMaps Documents, Designs and Prototypes Documents, User Journey and Stories Documents, and Customer-Facing Guide I can also help to increase the agility of a team by: Suggesting actions that corresponding to agile philosophy, making sure development team mental condition in a healthy level, making sure team members understand their user story and tasks, managing stakeholders expectations, facilitating meetings & co-creation sessions Most of my clients needed help in research to discover or validate user problems, usually with in-depth interview sessions, observation, or co-creation workshops (using the design thinking method). Then they usually needed help in generating solutions for the newfound and validated problems with a tangible design prototype (either low fidelity, high fidelity, or even interactable high fidelity prototype), which is usually produced after another co-creation workshop or a modified design sprint process. Later, when the client agrees to develop the idea further then we conduct the development phase, usually with scrum or kanban methodology. After that, the process returns to researching: to find the compatibility of the solutions that we provide with the user’s needs. For me, it is a very sad thing to see a potential idea or product die because of the lack of proportional treatment it needs, so here I am to help you prevent that from happening
