MS Excel: During my internship at the Uganda Cancer institute in 2022, I served as an intern medical physicist and my role was to enter patient's data into spreadsheets and use them to calculate their treatment time basing on parameters defined by the doctor. With my knowledge of Excel functions, I designed a template that automatically calculates the treatment time so long as the relevant cells have correct input data in them. This ensured timely handling and scheduling of patient's treatment. Also, to ensure the cancer treatment machines were delivering the right dosage to patients, we performed invivo dosimetry and utilized spreadsheet function and charts and analyzed the results against the manufacturer's data and did calibrations where necessary. 5. Email communication: Most of the course works, assignments, and reports at the university were to be submitted through emails. I managed to learn and now I can write good emails. 6. Communication skills: Through group discussions, I managed to boost my confidence while speaking with individuals or a group of people. 7.
