    My first memory of a brand was Tony the Tiger, who waved to me every morning from my Frosties. Since, I have had quite a few brands in my life. Common for all the brands I’ve liked is that they have been rather good-looking, behaved in a consistent way and made me feel understood. The way a brand behaves, and talks is an important tool in making it stand out, showing relevancy and ultimately become loved by consumers. Creating brand experiences is what I do as a copywriter and brand specialist. I have developed tonalities and conceptualised digital experiences for MobilePay, Baume & Mercier, MINI and BMW. During my time at the payment service MobilePay I created the tone of voice, which became an important asset in the brand guidelines. In September 2020 MobilePay's social media text won a prize for their consistent use of language and tone of voice. I have also developed communication strategies as well as communication materials including videos, B2B communication, website content, social media content etc. Previously, I spent more than three years working in communication agencies in Berlin.
