I would like to start with saying that I have excellent communication skills spoken and written English which has allowed me to work with some of the elite organizations from UK , USA and across the world remotely.
With vast experience in customer support and other back end support roles for some of the prestigious organizations, I have created a proven track record in the field of customer support including Email support, Chat support, Operations, order processing, Phone Support, aministration support and other supporting roles for the client which includes day to day task given by them. I was also part of indirect sales by following up after sending the quotes to the customers and messaging them in timely and efficient manner to make sure all their queries were answered in a manner which make them trust on our products and leading to sales. Thus, I was also involved in sales and marketing for some of the companies with help of my soft skills and customer service skills.
My strengths are good time management skills, an eye for detail, punctuality, work ethics, good grasping power and delivering the results for the client be it customer service, sales or other support roles.
I have vast experience in customer support as well as supportive roles working with clients from UK, USA and other countries. With my previous experience in support roles and customer support with Amazon, ebay and some of companies own business, I know how much important the customer support is for every organization and is backbone of any company who wish to success in today’s competitive environments.

Currently, I am currently working as a freelancer Gujarati Interpreter with one of a very reputed company in USA. Currently, I am working as a consecutive interpreter. As I am taking calls I am very much confident and I know how to deal with different clients and LEPs as this is my daily work. Also, I have taken some courses in interpretation including HIPAA rules and necessary training in order to perform in great way in this profession.
Before joining to this company, I was working with one of the leading UK based company named USB International.
USB International is one of the largest seller of Luggage bags and accessories in UK and Europe.
Here, my job profile was senior Customer Care Executive. I was the only employee outside UK who was appointed in customer care by the company. Although in UK they were having a team of Customer Support professionals as the company was having hugh sales on daily basis on online platforms like Amazon, Ebay and others.
