Prior to the pandemic, 52Eighty Entertainment successfully averaged 30 plus events annually, mainly providing local small venues and artists of color opportunities to thrive. With all the craziness that 2020 had to offer, LaRae has decided to pivot her business to offer marketing and promotional expertise for small businesses and relaunch in June 2022. Kicking off her new podcast, 'Solopreneur,' in Feb 2021 to highlight small businesses in the community was also part of her business pivot. LaRae graduated from Arizona State from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication with a Bachelor in Digital Audiences, with additional studies in Marketing Entrepreneurship in December 2021.
