DISCREPANCY ON ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
• Discovered an uncollectible deliveries (FMCG) amounting to PHP 1 M to a Key Account Supermarket accumulated over a period of 1 yr. In effect, this transaction was improperly recorded by the back-office.
BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY APPROACH
• Effectively managed and close the deal from a Japanese Export Buyer for 2x20 footer containers of regular monthly shipments.
• Successfully negotiated trade accounts with a whooping 2,500 24/7 Convenience Stores across the country.
• Track down the misappropriation of spot cash transaction amounting to almost PHP 2M which reported as credit installment term in favor the accused Customer Service Representative (CSR).
BUDGETING AND BUSINESS PLANNING
• Successfully designed a Budgetary Management System in overseeing revenue and expenditure tracking in an organization. Managing a budget invloves in analyzing, current spending, purchases by category, and monitoring cash flow overtime.
CHAMPIONING PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
• Lead role in launching a mouth-watering Cream Cheese Brownie after 2 yrs of planning from prototype, market research, packaging, pricing, FDA approval, to commercialization. Thus, this became our flagship product.
