Key responsibilities
This employee relations specialist will:
- Handle employee concerns and grievances. Provide guidance and support to ensure fair resolution while maintaining confidentiality.
- Mediation and conflict resolution. Act as an impartial mediator between employees and management to foster a collaborative environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies. Create policies aligned with employment laws and labor regulations to ensure compliance and fairness.

Qualifications and skills
