Job Overview

We invite an adept Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. This person will assist in sustaining a positive and efficient work environment. This role entails addressing employee issues, mediating disputes, and formulating policies and procedures that foster fairness and employee contentment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to promote fairness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
