Job Overview

We invite an adept Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team. This person will assist in sustaining a positive and efficient work environment. This role entails addressing employee issues, mediating disputes, and formulating policies and procedures that foster fairness and employee contentment.   • Address employee concerns and grievances and provide guidance and support to ensure fair resolution
  • Mediate conflicts between employees and management, fostering a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to promote fairness and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with HR and management to identify and address potential employee relations issues
  • Conduct investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, or other workplace issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee relations activities and outcomes
