This duty requires meticulous isolation of possible causes of the issue, and an ability to convey to the caller on why the resolution that we are providing them best suits their need. I am also familiar with Excel usage and would love to make use of it in the new project you are working on. I also enjoy learning new things that can help me extend my knowledge and enrich my previous experiences. I am confident that my experience in the IT field and customer handling skills qualify me for consideration.
