    Proficient draftsperson and a people person. I've always been able to navigate executive office spaces, onsite construction workers, and my own design and construction endeavors. I take pride in this. In my past office role, I also served as an unofficial ambassador of our Hispanic workforce - I am fluent in Spanish and have found myself before as the only one trusted on both sides of the linguistic fence to deal with important interpersonal and business matters. Currently, I am in the midst of a personal and entrepreneurial endeavor that is seasonal. I am the co-owner and co-founder of a company specializing in vintage trailer and Airstream renovations. I am responsible for the design, build, material and part ordering, and manufacturing of the entire project. In my more recent work, I was the lead draftsperson at the company I worked for; under my supervisor who doled out jobs, it was my duty to prepare shop drawings for my PMs, architectural and GC submittals, and most importantly to prepare the CNC processing and data for manufacturing. I commonly prepared jobs that can consist of twenty-five pages of drawings and that granted contracts of $50,000. I also drew and prepared jobs that contracted for well over $1 million. The common denominator for business I worked for and have personally set up is the ability to be adaptive and work at a fast and efficient pace.
