Story & Mission:
For the last six years, I started two companies and helped them both achieve seven figures in annual revenue. Both companies were connected to serve the multiple needs of the same customer. The first company was a B2B lead generation company for commercial contractors. I also built a "Pocket" CRM or mobile CRM for their salespeople in the field. These clients also had issues managing their leads in general so we started to focus on implementing their CRM systems based on their scalable strategies and goals.
The other company was a Learning Management System for construction companies. Our business part was able to scale his company to $20,000,000 annually and decided to put his business in a box for contractors. We offered the technology tips, marketing strategies, sales systems, and documents they needed to build their business. We also hosted events and did weekly training.
I decided to sell my shares in the companies and start my new venture, Better Boss Brands. We are all about streamlining sales systems for startups and allowing them to create predictable revenue models.
It's just me right now. I built the website, started generating leads, and joined an accelerator program.
Starting a new business can be an uphill journey that requires passion and dedication. I am taking my time building this one and trying to enjoy the process as much as possible.
