I have worked as a Strategic Advisor with hundreds of companies with clients ranging from the Apple C-suite to top VC and Sovereign Wealth Funds to Early Stage Founders. We then create a compelling investment thesis on this foundation, with well-supported Ask terms Following a successful raise, we can provide ongoing support as a Fractional CFO or Investor Relations Chief to assist founders in keeping their KPIs on track for their next raise. We can also provide monthly or quarterly updates to keep investors well-informed, in case a bridge raise is necessary. In the long term, we can help manage a multi-round cap table, focusing on maximizing founder and early investor exit value potential through well-managed option pools and investor syndicates. If you hire me, you get 28 years of Wall Street experience very inexpensively. You can find people who charge less, but you get what you pay for. Also, think about what you really need when you hire someone here. I see a lot of strange postings asking for a "talented and skilled professional" in some very specialized project type like building a cap table or analyzing average selling price. That's not how finance works: you don't want someone who has such a narrow skill set. Rather, hire someone who has seen it all and done it all. Someone who knows how it all fits together: building a good financial forecast, creating a valuation comparison, discounted cash flow, creating a business plan and pitch deck. Presenting complex financial topics to others in a way they can understand. These are not isolated tasks. I'm the good-all-around guy: a former journalist turned financial analyst and investor who also has tons of teaching experience.
