In addition, I have to ensure that the mortgage loan process are concluded within the specified time period as per the service level agreement (SLA) with the respective developers. I possess a high level of skills in several sectors in real estate including: • Property financial analysis • Loan structuring and underwriting • Loan closing I also assess applications for the funding of business loans requested by the enterprise and suppliers to a mining conglomerate which mines manganese ore and iron ore in South Africa. The mining conglomerate satisfies both the Department of Minerals Resources and Energy Mining Charter 2018 with intent to drive economic transformation. This is achieved by granting business loans to locally based institutions that support the mining sector. I was responsible for compiling a draft lending and credit risk policy which proposed the credit function of the non-profit mining company and explaining the responsibilities of the various stakeholders in the mining institution. I graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2022 with a Master of Commerce degree in Financial Management Sciences. The topic of my dissertation was assessing the financial viability of JSE listed entities in the agricultural sector of South Africa, using the Higgins sustainable growth model. This entailed analysing the financial viability of food productions entities listed on the stock exchange by identifying which determinants could be used to assess financial viability of the financial statements of the food production entities. These are compared to sustainable growth which is the result of subtracting the sustainable growth rate from the average growth rate and then aligning this with the relevant financial viability ratio of the food production entity to ensure long term survival and continued operations of the entity. Given my extensive background in all aspects of real estate analysis and underwriting in commercial and home loans, I would be happy to assist with real estate projects that you are currently busy with as well as assessing applications for the funding of business loans.
