And my last employer was TOA global Manila Inc, and I am an Accountant there. TOA Global is an outsourcing company wherein they will hire accounting professionals then they will outsource them to other countries like Australia, New Zealand, Canada and for me I was outsourced to a US client which is Furey Financial Services an accounting firm in the USA. In this company they let me handle 9 to 10 clients with different industries. So, with these clients I am responsible in monitoring their accounting mailboxes so all queries like receiving, processing, and verifying invoices up until the payment part I am the one doing that. I am also the one who do the setting up the vendor’s details in the system. I also do the Bank reconciliations for (Cash and CC accounts); maintenance of the fixed assets register doing the monthly entries for accruals and prepayments and preparing the AP and AR ageing and monthly financial reports. The ERP’s and accounting software that I have experience using are SAGE 300, SAP, QuickBooks, and XERO.
