Maximize Company Income. Build and/or review company pricing models to ensure maximum income while maintaining market competitiveness. Develop financial strategies to gain additional market share through competitive short-term and long-term strategies. Inventory. Optimize Inventory Levels to meet market demands and improve customer satisfaction ratings. Strengthen company profits and improve operational efficiency. Boost inventory turnover. Improve inventory valuation. Analyze and reduce shrinkage to heighten profitability. Identify and eliminate obsolete inventory. Expenses. Strengthen Company Profitability through a reduction in the cost of goods sold, making sure to include vendor rebates. Improve expense allocation.
