Hey there,
Perhaps, you found my application interesting. So, without further ado, let's have a look at why we should collaborate.
Why we must work together?
i. Experience: I'm a Public Relations (PR) expert and specialize in external corporate communications. For the uninitiated, classified under mass communication, external corporate communications involve information exchange between an organization and other external entities (such as customers, businesses, channel partners, regulators, etc.)
In simpler terms, it's any communication that your organization drives with the outside world. Some of the examples include interviews, press releases, opinion pieces, industry analysis, company profiles, webpages, blogs, chatbot templates, thought leadership articles, how-to guides, advisories, quotes, keynote addresses, etc.
ii. Years of Experience: I have over six years of experience. However, I believe that experience isn't defined by the number of years but the quality of work driven during the same. Starting from day one, the team that I was a part of established new industry verticals and ensured that our clients stay at the top of their game. We drove their desired calls to action for respective audiences across their preferred channels. Most of my client allocation comprised startups with a mix of MNCs and unicorns. Also, since our operations were media facing, I am adept at working in a high-pressure work environment with urgent deadlines. However, I prefer having time to explore the topic and create a unique narrative.
iii. Cross-Industry Experience: I hold expertise across multiple segments including Finance, ITeS (including Cybersecurity & Cloud Services), Healthcare, Manufacturing, Automobile, Logistics, Automation, and Security & Surveillance. I have handled global and domestic clients as well as region-specific ones (SEA, Europe, and Americas).
iv. Clientele: Some clients that I have worked closely with include WazirX (Binance-owned Cryptocurrency Exchange), MG Motor (AutoTech), Paytm (FinTech Payments), Mindtree (ITeS), Angel One [previously Angel Broking] (FinTech Brokerage Firm), InCred (FinTech Lending), Clear [previously ClearTax] (Wealth Management), BookMyForex (Currency Exchange), ScanDENT (Dental & ENT Imaging), 4baseCare (Precision Oncology via NGS), nexGTv (OTT platform), Limelight Networks (Content Delivery Network), Quick Heal (Cybersecurity), F-Secure (Cybersecurity), Paladion (Cybersecurity), Qlik (Data Analytics), Absolutdata (Data Analytics), Indian Angel Network (Venture Capital), Aroa Ventures (Venture Capital), Skillsoft (EdTech), Brainly (EdTech), Edvanza (EdTech), TCI Express (Logistics), and Royal Caribbean Cruises (Cruise Holding Company).
v. Team Management: I have led a team of five writers (mostly with journalistic backgrounds) and ensured their training without external support. I edited their work, which involved maintaining their style of writing while ironing out any grammatical, stylistic, or factual errors. Our team met the end-to-end content needs of more than 80 clients.
vi. Writing Style: I have good analytical abilities and can emulate any writing style and tone of voice, i.e. both defined and undefined (with examples or references).
Apart from work, I also enjoy playing chess, problem-solving games, and turn-based strategy games. I'm also fond of sci-fi movies, biopics, documentaries, YouTube explainers (such as Veritasium, Spark, The Action Lab, Dev Ed, Sonny Sangha, World Science Festival, Two-Minute Papers, etc.), and cinematic masterpieces by the likes of Christopher Nolan, Steven Spielberg, and Quentin Tarantino.
Cheers!
P.S. Technical documentation is something that I wish to try my hands at irrespective of the language or the framework used. I'm currently learning JavaScript and Deep Learning (a bit of Python).
