Mar23 - Mar24 Achitex Minerva Chemistry Turkey ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)Transformation, ETL Process Manager: Achitex Minerva as an international company has a group wide system migration programme and Turkey’s chapter is the second project after the head ofiice in Italy within the programme. Altough i assined to the project as ETL Process Manager, I had another technical and management roles in the project. I also managed the UAT process and prepared the schedules for many phases within the project. Moreover, I prepared several dashboards in Power BI for Turkey’s local needs. Wizzoft Bulk Emailing System Project, Project Sponsor/Product Owner: Wizzoft is a user friendly and cheap bulk emailing system that developed for SMEs. As we are in the process of the final testing, the application will be released in Mar’24. Achitex Minerva Chemistry Turkey R&D Center Preparation Project, Project Manager : As Achitex Minerva Turkey meets the requirements in terms of number of employees, the company needed to develop an employee monitoring system which is integrated with the payrolling system. I took role as a project manager and the project finished successfully by gaining the R&D Center enrollment. Achitex Minerva Chemistry Turkey Financial and Management Reporting Automation, Project Manager: Achitex Minerva Turkey had a lot of manuel reporting process and their system investment budget was limited by the head Office since they had a global plan for system enhacement. In the project, we use MS-SQL, Excel and toher MS 365 apps to automate the reporting process. Kolayyakıt, Vehicle Fuel Oil Recognition System Automation Project, Project Manager: Kolayyakit is a system which runs between the vehicle fuel oil recognition system of BP and secure credit card payment system of Asseco See. With a motto of ‘no hand’, the system has no manual process apart from the self-signing up of the customers; all the processes starts from customer submission to invoicing is made automatically by kolayyakit.
