As a unlicensed architect (seeking licensure) I have worked in many mid to high rise projects in South Florida. Coordinating critical elements of the building like life safety, parking, municipality utilities, fire safety and much more, to get the project approved and permitted. I deal with responding to comments made from authority having jurisdictions and compiling together any modification submittals needed for approval. I also coordinate with all trades like MEP, Structural, Landscape, Civil, ID, and any other owner consultant to get the project to a permit worthy level of detail and coordination. Additionally working along side engineers has allowed me to design misc. metals shop drawings. Like, but not limited to, gates, stair railings, canopies, trellis, and decorative metal elements. All designed and drafted for code compliance with validating calculations if required. Also, I have worked on renowned projects like the crown of Paramount Miami World Center has given me extensive knowledge in glazing systems. This allows me to provide high quality shop drawings for all glazing products meeting specifications listed in their respective NOA/FPA. In addition, with my design solutions and knowledge as an aspiring licensed architect I can provide drafting services. These include small to mid sized projects like residential, assisted living facilities, and commercial.
