Once I was about 10 years old is when I slowly got serious about food and starting cooking my own meals and now that I'm 34 many of my friends consider me to be their "chef friend" because thats how much I love food. Im currently in the process of launching my own food company so I understand what the process is like to develop recipes and perfect them after much trial and error. As far as my passion for health goes, it's highly connected to my love for food! Becoming sick taught me all about real nutritional education (what the teach in schools including medical school is incorrect) to the point I was shocked to learn the true history and understand what humans need to eat to live long and be optimal. In fact, the very first thing my functional medicine and chiropractic doctor had me do several years ago was to switch to being Keto and I never turned back because I could clearly see how much better my body and mind where operating by eating that way (the proper way).
