    I've been working as a procurment and logistics coordinator for the past +2.5 yrs. During this time I've been doing the follow tasks: • Control and supervision of all purchasing processes and coordination of international logistics so that cargo can arrive in Honduras on time and in the correct manner. • Supervise and execute the control of the preparation of orders for their respective distribution of products. • Coordination of product transfers for local points of sale according to monthly planning. • Plan activities of the distribution center to avoid setbacks in the delivery of products to customers. • Follow-up of claims for inconsistencies in the supply operation • Supervision of good storage practices • Administration of subcontracted personnel. • Coordinate the personnel in charge regarding the daily agenda, complying with the assigned goals of the operations department. • Coordination of inventory entry into the system. • Administration of outsourced and own transportation • Supervision of delivery reporting • Follow-up on delivery of orders • Administration of purchases of inputs from the area. • Negotiation of rates with key suppliers of the operation. • Analysis of demand and rotation for the placement of orders • Control of Sanitary Licenses of the different Suppliers I've been able to keep costs steady by coordinating inland freights with other countries and also have been able to get sanitary licences in 8 months while the average time is two years.
