And this content was for all kinds of platforms and formats: websites, mobiles apps, (e)books, DVD, Youtube, etc. There is no simple word-for-word equivalence between two given languages, and translation is not always a straightforward process. A translation done by an artificial intelligence doesn't take into account many parameters, like the constraints imposed by context, syntax and figures of speech. And of course a good translation takes more than good language skills, it also requires research, proofreading and copywriting skills. I also attach a lot of importance to the communication with my clients, which I think is paramount to the success of a project. I make sure to stay in contact throughout the project and don't hesitate to ask questions if I have a doubt about the context or anything else in order to make sure the translation is 100% accurate. The speed and rate of the translation can vary significantly depending on the vocabulary register and the semantic and lexical fields.
