The task was to gather the data from several resources (bank accounts and digital wallets) to the structured base included all transactions. The challenge – all resources have different format that need to be organized according to the précised form. I’ve used my MS Power Query knowledges and developed an individual request (algorithm) for every cash flow data source and then final algorithm united all requests in a base. Next time all the client needed to do is to add the preloaded data from account or wallets to the appropriate folder in a file system of his PC without manual copy-pasting. I worked on a project in the FMCG sector (Tchibo LLC, coffee production). Production cost depended on a high degree of FX rate. Company management needed instruments that could afford to take measures in time and avoid a negative margin. To solve the problem I’ve created an Excel model for automatic production cost calculation for over 50 product positions with the final table which showed changes in the margin. The client had to just change to change 2 digits manually - USD and EURO FX rates. I developed one more time-consuming decision during my work in fertilizers production and sales company (EuroChem LLC). HR manager had to give planning payroll data (form for plan calculation that included 600 employees and 30 expense items) to the financial controller to include in the total budget for the next year, but keep personal payroll data confidential aggregating it by expense items and cost centers. I used the MS Power Query as an instrument. The final table included data aggregated by cost centers and expenses items, exactly what the financial controller needed. It deserves to be mentioned that I'm a very responsible person. You can rely on me because I treat every project as if it is my own and want to be kind of a partner, not simply a hired specialist. I can't work without receiving satisfaction from the job I've done, and from the measurable results I've brought to the business.
