I have consulted with a wide variety of organizations both internationally and locally in the Washington DC metro area. In addition, I have worked with individuals both in home offices as well as at the client site assisting with implementation of hardware, software and networking of their PCs and MACs. I can diagnose and troubleshoot problems that include Internet connectivity, printing problems, Microsoft Office issues etc. I am very patient with end-user frustration.
