Patients suffering due to access and affordability might be reduced through software development and application and templates so that fast track of patient and managing their data and reduce duplications of labs and multiple diagnosis . This will creat problem both for providers and patients. To reduce such data of patients must be used in EHR or EMR. The filling by doctors and how that merge with billing system, with scheduling system. Merging systems and security and privacy should be balanced. The leaks of information and identity theft is a problem and creat a problems for payers to pay it back. Payers adjudication and account receivable are creating problems in revenue and cost of health care as well. The volume of patient and the time might increase revenue and productivity is measured acvording the diagnosis CPT coding or procedures codes. So the coding people should not make errors for the payers to reduce rejection and denial rates. The payers might select patients so how do we use this in digital patient portal so that patients get access to their medical record . The passive and active scheduling method used to increase providers volume and patients im need of their medical checkup timely. The providers used of digital system must be enhanced with the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning to support them in their decision especially suggestion on what drugs to be used for certain clinical encounter . This might reduce the time of patients taken with their doctor and may be used for other patients. The time management is important to prioritize patients on need. Referal system between the same hospital and with others need to be solved to reduce patients motivation.
