Welcome My background is predominately Linguistics, Information Technology/Software Training, Admin, Transcription and Editing/Proofreading, I offer highly detailed, efficient, quality work within set time-frames. I have worked in various capacities such as: administrative roles, I.T. Systems/help desk, educator/trainer within registered training organizations and online via Zoom, as well undertaking transcription, and coding languages in IPA & X-Sampa for A.I companies. I have also been productive in the development of technical and user manuals, educational course resources for both teachers & students, inclusive of the development of programs for accreditation within the Adult Community Education sector. I have completed projects using LMS (learning management software) such as Canvas as well as having in-depth experience with Moodle and Blackboard. During Covid I worked as a Guide for an international online teaching community, training seniors to use technology via Zoom. Recently I have undertaken phonetic transcription using IPA -X-SAMPA coding to assist with AI systems as well as employed in Quality Assurance ensuring the accuracy of various data sets for human and machine technology use.
