Firstly, I'd have a meeting with the company representative/hiring manager, to understand the department's needs and use that to create a candidate profile.
Secondly; depending on your preference, I can either source for prospective candidates and forward same to you or handle the 360-recruitment process.
Finally, I make it a habit to keep in touch with you and the candidate for another 30 days, to ensure that both parties are well settled before stepping back. It's important to me that you get the right talent and equally important that the candidate is happy with the role
