I have 40 years of experience in business and technology related industries. My experience in the Pharmaceutical industry alone exceeds 25 years. I have been responsible for the creation of a number of business solutions from small business to worldwide corporations. I have dealt with a range of clients from senior executives to front line clerks. Every project I have been involved in has been a success. During the past 30 years, I have guided my corporation through years of success as an independent consultant, a task that is not achieved by many in the industry. Recently, I have developed a web based application for the Victims’ Advocates in the Surprise Police department. The system maintains interactions with the advocates and their clients. The application utilizes MySQL databases as well as PHP technologies to provide a very robust tool for the advocates. As part of a volunteer project, I have adapted Raspberry Pi devices to work with a VOIP product (Mumble) to help the Civil Air Patrol more efficiently communicate with their staff during mission critical events. I created the entire server structure to process all user management as well as the setup of the Mumble server. Again, MySQL, PHP and python were some of the tools utilized. I have revolutionized several pharmaceutical companies to properly manage their sales and promotional marketing budgets during the last 25 years. The last development introduced new procedures through extensive change management so they could manage a budget approaching 1 billion dollars. The resultant technology solution that I implemented managed over 3500 projects and affected over 350 end users in the past year. The system managed both production schedules as well as budgets. In addition, it interfaced directly with SAP to tightly integrate all financial data as well as purchase activity. I designed and developed a web-based system to manage all of the Field Sales promotional spending for over 4000 sales representatives. The funds and budgets were integrated into the budget management system and thus help increase sales revenues by timely use of budget dollars. I have worked with one of the leading genetic research branches of a large pharmaceutical company for over 15 years. The tasks accomplished have been in a wide range of disciplines including laboratory system development, legal tracking, research budget management and product sales support and web site development. I have designed and developed a system to manage all of the purchases of bulk cement for the world’s third largest cement manufacturer (at that time) for sales in the United States. The system integrated all the sales with the general accounting system and produced all the accounts receivable documents. I also provided technical support to their staff and installed and maintained various network configurations in extreme work environments. I have worked various other industries throughout the United States. I have worked in the governmental arena (Federal and State), a private world-wide consultant firm, a computer manufacture’s software development area and a wide variety of private industries. Summary - Developed online web based Victims Assistance application utilizing MySQL/PHP technologies for the city of Surprise Police Department. Developed and trained users with web based online calendar scheduling system for the cities of Glendale, Surprise and Avondale for Crisis Response teams within city Fire Departments. Designed and developed budget management systems for Pharmaceutical Marketing Operations and Finance for 1 billion dollar budgets. Designed and developed Pharmaceutical Field Sales web system to manage promotional budgets for over 4000 sales representatives. Provided training for all skill levels from end user to executive management. Designed and installed the entire network for a California bio-technology company utilizing network switches and MS Servers over 10/100 based cabling. Provided on-site technical support for the first 10 years for a California bio-technology company including all MS Office products as well as locally developed database systems. Utilized a wide array of advanced technology skills to implement projects during 35 years of project development. Lead project manager for many of the projects involving interdepartmental disciplines. Designed, created and developed applications utilizing Oracle database technology for over 20 years. Created sales system for one of the world's largest cement producers for all of their US operations. Managed multiple on-site technical analysts on contract to Ford Motor Co. Worked with biotech research companies, especially in the areas of DNA research. Provided technical support with Genesis, Vision, GradePro and IEP systems for local teacher at Tolleson School District. Created and maintains MS 2003 Server R2 with MS Server 2005 database applications for in-house systems and development.

Recently graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science with an emphasis on game development from Grand Canyon University.
