Having recently completed my LLM, passing at a distinction level, I have gained large amounts of skill within the academic writing arena. My Master's Thesis was entitled 'Addressing Mental Health Law and Mental Capacity Law in the UK Considering Both Past and Ongoing Developments With Respect to Human Rights: Is One’s Liberty Protected From The Risk of Deprivation?' As the title would suggest I specialised in the area of Human Rights Law, Although I did take modules based within other areas of the law. My undergraduate degree was in Drama which makes me a well rounded individual with a wide knowledge base in not only Law but also Drama and literature. I am currently a mum to a 1 year old daughter, having completed my LLM while pregnant and a new mum I have become incredibly adept at writing and researching to a deadline under stressful circumstances. I also have a wide range of hobbies from, cooking and baking to gardening and crafts. Only adding to my knowledge in all manner of areas. Having dealt with chronic illness I also have a multitude of insights into health and well being. I am more than capable of a variety of types of writing: Academic promotional creative With more than my fair share of experience with proof reading and researching. Alongside this I have experience with the Harvard referencing system and the Oscola style of refrencing.Human & Civil RightsCitation StyleCopywritingProofreadingCreative WritingWritingAcademic WritingAcademic EditingReferences & CitationsDramaEnglishAcademic ProofreadingAcademic Research - $50 hourly

I am an experienced legal researcher and advocate with a strong focus on human rights, immigration, and asylum law. Throughout my various internships and volunteer roles, including my time at the Crossroads Women’s Centre and Central England Law Centre, I have worked closely with vulnerable clients, conducted in-depth legal research, and assisted with asylum applications. I also had the opportunity to shadow barristers at 33 Bedford Row, gaining valuable insight into civil law and the daily life of a barrister. Additionally, during my virtual internship with the Leo Cussen Centre of Law, I provided legal assistance on deportation challenges. I have further developed my advocacy skills through participation in the LSE Featherstone Mooting Competition, where I prepared written submissions and argued on complex points of law. My editorial experience at The Boar has also strengthened my ability to meet tight deadlines, critically evaluate content, and ensure accuracy in all my work.Human & Civil RightsCriminal LawImmigration LawImmigrationLegal DocumentationLegal PleadingsLegal ResearchLegal TranscriptionLegal WritingLegalLegal Drafting - $70 hourly
