    Ayant poursuivi une formation en Licence pro GRH, spécialité Développement des compétences et Formation Professionnelle, j'ai acquis un enseignement qui me permet d'intégrer les techniques de recrutement et de formation, d'analyser et identifier les besoins en ressources humaines des organismes. Un stage auprès de la SNCF m'aura permis en plus de cela de développer des compétences en programmation VBA afin d'être plus à même d'aider les équipes RH dans leur traitement de données via tableur (notamment sur la thématique de l'analyse de GPEC), ainsi que de savoir créer un outil adapté aux besoins de la structure. Je vous propose de mettre ces compétences à votre disposition. Mon objectif est de collaborer étroitement avec les membres de votre équipe, ou vous-même si vous êtes artisan, auto-entrepreneur, gérant de société. Par mes compétences je souhaite vous soulagervd'un point administratif nécessaire mais chronophage. Fort d'un grand sens de l'organisation et du travail optimisé, je serai une force dans votre organisation pour vous soulager à coup sûr de la partie administrative qui vous freine dans vos activités, personnelles ou administratives. Ma disponibilité à distance est un grand plus : pas besoin d'allouer un espace de travail chez vous ou dans votre atelier, une économie de matériel également, étant déjà moi-même équipé du nécessaire à la programmation VBA et au nécessaire pour générer des factures, effectuer le suivi de mail, et faire tout type de document grâce au pack office.
