    I have provided over 15 years of software application support experience in different environments, especially retail and technology. My experience has consisted of in-person, inbound and outbound calls, chat support, email support, and phone support. Once completed, I have successfully onboarded new hires into different training programs as well as mentored new hires throughout the initial trial phase. In addition to the interview process, I have also helped developed content, question lists, and used scheduling tools to set up and conduct interviews. I have over 3 years of consulting experience and expanded into the digital marketing realm, working on certifications and with clients-both entrepreneurs and small businesses to increase their digital footprint, brand awareness, and assist with lead generation. I have also conducted grant research through various databases and research tools and assisted with grant management/reporting. Currently, I have my MIT degree with a specialization in internet security as well as an MBA with a project management specialization. I will be completing my digital marketing certification soon.
