I act as the administrator by either creating and managing user profiles and groups, or by creating and importing training; complete with professional graphics and covers. Though I primarily work in training and learning management, I also have experience as a business analyst and writer, I can either operate in support of a project manager or as a project manager. I produce several documents that are dependent on the type of project or need the business has. I can build Business Analysis Plans, Business or System Requirements, Test Plans or Use Cases, Gap Analysis, and other Process and Policy Documents. Finally, I have experience as a landing page website designer. I use Wix; however, I have experience in eCommerce-specific platforms too. I have created WordPress, Joomla, and Magento sites.
