Welcome. I am Matthew Brown, a Biomedical Engineering graduate and lover of science communication. I seek to improve how science communication is done for not only you, my potential client, but also my readers, to educate and interest them in the sciences and the pursuits of scientists. The task of a science communicator should be to explain the mysteries of the world around us in a way that is not only comprehensive, but also accurate and engaging. My answer to this problem is through storytelling, an art that I have been practicing since my childhood. Some stories may be told backwards and some may be told from an unknown perspective, but all stories have a beginning, within which the reader is introduced to something, and an ending, where the entire scenario is concluded in a cohesive manner. It is my belief that, in all of the profundity surrounding science, the ability to create a story has been lost to all except a few notable communicators.
