Education is what I do. To date, I've worked with over 40 clients and created 200+ courses. Some of my notable clients are Harvard University Medical School, United Nations affiliates, major insurance companies, and a number of Fortune 500 companies. With 15 years of experience working inside and outside of the classroom, three professional teaching licenses, two separate degrees in educational theory and practice, and international teaching experience in 6 countries outside of the United States, there are few topics I haven't taught or created content for.Instructional Design

Client Testimonials Ailsa is an excellent coach! In our initial session, she quickly understood the challenges I face in growing my business. Her questions generated ideas and movement toward clarity around the services I plan to offer. She listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and offers insights that inspire me to reach my goals. I look forward to the results our continued work will produce. - KP Initially, I sought Ailsa's help in attracting ideal clients, and it’s been an incredibly positive experience. Ailsa is a consummate professional, a great coach, and tremendous support. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in business, entrepreneurship, and marketing, but her unique value is in blending these with warmth, empathy, and compassionate active listening. She makes a clear effort to treat and respond to me as a whole human being and draw attention to the bigger picture of life, purpose, and values. A wonderful synergy emerges - co-creating and co-discovering and finding our way together. Ailsa also consistently makes room for what’s real and emerging in the moment, and thus for true spontaneous creativity to arise. I welcome her ongoing support as my business continues to grow. - RW I reached out to Ailsa for advice about marketing materials to promote my business. What she was able to offer me went far beyond what I could have ever conceived for myself. She asked questions that encouraged me to think deeply about the type of client I wanted to bring in and then helped me to develop a brand that reflected that. She then led me to resources for creating affordable marketing materials, and I am delighted with the results! Ailsa really encouraged me to think beyond a pretty logo and I feel incredibly confident that my brand and materials are going to connect me with the right people. - HF Ailsa is an excellent business coach! Together we explored new possibilities for my practice, and I left each session with insights, ideas, and inspiration. She asked powerful questions that provoked thought and reflection and then offered perspectives that moved me toward what truly aligns with my strengths, values, and interests. I highly recommend her and would definitely work with her again! - DK I contracted with Ailsa at the start of my business. The first thing she did was learn where I was in my business and what my goals were. Ailsa helped me see where I was in my life and where I wanted to go. She was instrumental in helping me identify my “whys” for starting my business and what set me apart from my competitors. Ailsa was very good at translating my whys into reasons clients should choose my company. Asking thought-provoking questions to really get you to think about what it is you really want and how you are going to get there is something Ailsa does exceptionally well. - TM I needed assistance with setting up a variety of aspects of digital marketing for my company. This is an area that Ailsa excels at with her experience in the tech industry as well as her many years of teaching digital and social media at the college level. While creating my website, Ailsa helped me to see that it was better to think about what the client is going through and how you can solve their pain. This was a powerful shift in mindset. I found writing the About Me section of my website very difficult. Ailsa helped me break it down and to make the process much easier. She was excellent at assisting me to set up social media for my business. I highly recommend working with Ailsa as a business coach. - MMInstructional Design

I've built websites for clients large and small. I work in the eLearning field but I draw on a broad range of skills and experiences – in education, training and technology. I've developed elearning and managed LMS Systems for corporate, healthcare, non-profit, and aerospace clients. My job titles have included: Training Business Systems Analyst, LMS administrator, eLearning Developer, Learning Solutions Developer, and WordPress Developer. I have a learning design consultancy called Archetype Learning based in Portland, OR. I am the Technical Lead, and I have been helping clients use LearnDash, BuddyBoss, and WordPress and it's most common plugins for over 10 years. Archtype has created hundreds of hours of training and supoorting websites for the states of Washington and Idaho, and recently developed many Mental Health related courses for HHCI out of Houston, featuring a LearnDash/BuddyBoss site with Forums, Courses, and Gravity Forms based online directory of mental health coaches. I've done so many things over the years, so I usually have conversions from Moodle into LearnDash, and have also worked with various enterprise systems for GP Strategies, OHSU.EDU, and Boeing subsidiary Insitu. In each of these situations the LMS changed and I had to learn the new systems to convert, edit, and create content as well as work within the various Learning Management Systems. I am proficient with most training development tools including Articulate but also Captivate, Lectora, HP5, as well as combining those inside of LearnDash. I can also work with code, set up web servers, DNS, web hosting, backup and restore sites, and troubleshoot all things online.Instructional Design
