Looking for an architectural AutoCAD drawing from a rough sketch? Or just need an existing AutoCAD plan revised to meet your needs? Want some detailed elevations or plans to see what built-ins or a fireplace wall will look like? Want help with finishes and fixtures? Are you a residential builder that doesn't have time to finish up your drawing set for bidding or construction? Not only do I provide architectural AutoCAD drawings, but my Interior Design background can provide input on layouts and elevations, incorporating scale, balance, functionality and beauty into your spaces. I have 25 years of experience, seeing so many projects from beginning to end that I can help you prevent mistakes and see things that you might not have otherwise considered. I am NOT an architect or structural engineer and cannot stamp plans. I have a general understanding of loads and building structure, but hold no liability for the structure of plans I provide. It is your responsibility to verify loads and structural integrity through a lumberyard, truss company and/or a structural engineer. I do my best to research and design to code, but all federal, state and local codes shall supercede any drawing I provide and I hold no liability for the results of not being to code. On a personal note, I run a successful staging business. But with a slower real estate market every fall and winter, I've decided to take on some AutoCAD work, which I absolutely love doing. My love for it was rekindled when my brother-in-law, who runs a multi-million dollar home building business, asked me to help him with AutoCad drawings. As I inch closer to retirement, I could see giving up my staging business in Minnesota, for remote AutoCAD work in Florida!
