Hello! Before diving into my work I want to formally introduce myself. My name is Andrea Santizo and I’m a hispanic/latino soon to be graduate from Arizona State University with a B.S in Global Business Management. I currently reside in Orlando, Florida with my dad and my dog where I work full time as a administrative assistant for a major distribution company. My work experience is a bit all over the place with part time jobs as a waitress and part time work as a graphic designer having been my main sources of income. I began my work with the nonprofit organization Join the Journey I interned for during my junior year who eventually offered me a full time position as the outreach director. Since it was a small team and they had little to no experience on how to manage their social media I took it upon myself to take the reigns and began running all of their platforms. My work mostly centered around: - Engaging with followers - Reaching out to possible donors and collaborator’s - Developing social media plans based on engagement - Creating graphic designs and media to post on each platform showcasing the organizations work and members - Providing analytical reports monthly to show trends of what audiences engaged with and what to change going forward - Provided consulting when needed to improve the organizations business structure My time with them was cut short as due to creative differences and lack of adequate payment for services I decided to move on to other opportunities. Between my time then and now I would pick up graphic design jobs here and there for extra money as with my full time job it made it difficult to find work that would supplement my income. I am always willing to do what clients request and am more than welcome to collaborating on designing, marketing or even business ideas.
