Here’s the thing – most “publicists” and “press release distributors” are lying to you. PRWeb / Marketwired / Business Wire / and similar distribution services are great for “SEO PR” and - used skillfully with well-written releases - can definitely build backlinks, traffic and conversions. But if you want stories that are actually written by a human journalist that appear in the pages of a magazine, newspaper or on radio or TV (let’s call it “traditional PR”), you have to email those journalists directly. NO JOURNALIST EVER READS PRESS RELEASES COMING ACROSS PRWEB. I can help you with both SEO PR and Traditional PR. Consider me your full-service outsourced publicity department. I am here to offer you my 20+ years of corporate and freelancing experience to write releases, develop media lists, construct PR plans, consult on strategy and even coach you or your staff members on outreach. I can't tell you how many times I hear someone complain about the PR agency they hired for $2,000 per month that talked big and got them nothing. And when I ask what the agency did, it's no surprise that results were lousy. Many publicists try to keep the process "mysterious” but really, with an understanding, tools, and guidance, anyone can be a publicist – it’s mostly about developing press hooks, writing good releases, keeping a flow of information going and understanding the mass numbers game and saturation effect. Want proof? The majority of pitching at the high-powered agencies is done by young, inexperienced college interns because it's so simple. Yes - you too can be a publicist! My approach is to offer an affordable flat-rate "a-la carte" style service structure to provide small businesses and independent entrepreneurs with the specific PR services they might need. I love pulling back the curtain to teach “civilians” how PR really works and am always eager for general phone consultations and education. SERVICES INCLUDE: * Writing Press Releases and Pitch Letters * Educational packets to understand the overall "PR thing" * Media lists - I maintain a CisionPoint account which is what corporate PR departments use to develop lists. It’s quite powerful, and quite expensive - basic subscriptions start at $5,000 annually - but I can provide you with the complete contact information needed to reach hundreds of human journalists. * Managing premium distribution services with uploads and editorial changes * Creating a long-term PR Plan - this includes things like key deadlines, some developed press hooks, outreach strategy, timing, etc. * Regularly scheduled calls if you'd like, to do a quick check-in / status report / advice session. ABOUT ME: * I worked a decade at the director level for a pair of well-known Fortune-500 media companies, handling national publicity with outlets ranging from "Good Morning America" to "Howard Stern" to the New York Times and People magazine, as well as hundreds of local print, radio and TV outlets. * After leaving the corporate world, I have freelanced extensively the past nine years with online marketers, building SEO release strategy via premium services such as PRNewswire, PRWeb, Marketwired, etc., to dramatically increase traffic to websites and Amazon pages. * I have written literally thousands of successful press releases, bios and web copy. * I have produced hundreds of short and long-term PR plans, for both large corporate clients and small businesses and am happy to help you. * I have several years experience in the rapidly-evolving field of Reputation Management and can help push negative Google results from Page One to Page Nine and lower. * I've written numerous successful Kickstarter projects, including the highly successful Sea x Sky backpack ($10K goal, $559K final pledges)Internet Marketing

Hello! My name is Morgan, and I've been building websites professionally since 2012. I specialize in front end development - simply put, I take design mock ups and turn them into fully-functioning websites. However, my skills span all areas of the website creation process, from design to development to marketing, promotion, and SEO. This wide range of knowledge gives me a keen insight into how to build websites around my clients' specific needs. Choices made during the design and development phases will ultimately affect promotion and SEO, and a mistake made early on can be incredibly costly down the line. It's all too common to have a designer build you a website that looks good, but is slow, bloated, and buggy. Designers are great at making sites look good, but they're not always the best at translating their designs into code. So then you need a web developer go back through the site, fix the code, and speed everything up. Ouch, you didn't expect that extra cost, but at least the work is done and the site is ready to go, right? Wrong. Your site has been live for six months and the phone hasn't rung once. Google isn't sending any traffic to your pages, and when you try to post links on Facebook and Twitter, your image previews show up cropped and the right text isn't showing up in the captions. No one is "liking" or "following" your pages, and you're scared you just dropped a whole bunch of money for nothing! In comes the digital marketer to tell you that you're going to need to rewrite half of your content and completely restructure your site structure if you want to compete on Google. You're also going to have to recode a bunch of site files to make sure you're using the structured data markup that Google, Facebook, and other sites need to understand your site content. And it's going to be costly... So you've just paid to build the same website three times and launched it six months late. Ouch. Hiring a web agency with a full team of specialists could have avoided this situation, but at those rates you probably would have spent roughly the same amount. What's the solution? I'm the solution. I'm a designer who plans like a coder and thinks like a marketer. When I show you a mockup for a webpage, I know exactly how I'm going to build it, and exactly how it fits into your overall marketing strategy. I know the keywords it's going to rank for in Google, and I know how many searches per month those keywords get. I know what your competitors are doing right, what they're doing wrong, and I already have a plan to beat them. I provide all the benefits of a full web agency at the price of a freelancer. So if you're tired of building the same site three times, or sick of dealing with a different person every time you call your web agency (while running up a fortune with their billing department), please do not hesitate to get in touch with me. I'm always happy to rescue a new client from the nightmares of the web development process and provide them with the expertise and timely communication they deserve. I look forward to hearing from you! Morgan :)Internet Marketing
