Born in Haiti, Lopital canape vert. I am what you call a "Ayisyen natif natal". My objective is simple: I want you to learn enough Kreyol to be able to understand the stories your family and friends tell at the table. This course is for you if you fall into any of the 3 categories: 1- You have some Haitian family that only speaks Kreyol that you would like to get closer to them. 2-You are the one in the group who prevents the others from speaking Kreyol. 3-Or you simply learn a very unique, and fun language. My teaching style is different. I will make you read Haitian news and tell me what you learned. I will give you homework. And most importantly I will force a conversation upon you because the best way to learn a language is to practice at all costs. You learn a language by speaking it! Book some time, talk soon. Classes held through Zoom. I do 2 general services: Novice and intermediate. Novice: You know very little Kreyol. We will need to start with word pronunciations, grammar and vocabulary. Intermediate: You know some Kreyol and simply want to improve. We will spend time speaking and I will correct you accordingly. Book a consultation and we can create a plan that works for you. Enfom!Interpretation

I’ve lived in many places. Growing up between Colombia, the U.S., and Europe, and later spending time in cities across Italy and the UK, that movement shaped who I am: someone deeply curious, adaptable, and passionate about people from all walks of life. Language, culture, and connection have always been at the heart of what drives me. I’m a writer at heart, endlessly inspired by film and the art world. Most recently, I curated an exhibition near the Spanish Steps during Rome Art Week, an experience that reaffirmed my belief in the power of art in bringing people together and sharing different views on the world. I’m excited to contribute to meaningful projects, big or small, and see every collaboration as a chance to learn, grow, and create something worth sharing.Interpretation
