Soft skills, including servant leadership, patience as a trainer, solid communication – which I adjust whether I am working with machine operators, managers, or VPs. 4. The practical experience that comes from using A3 thinking to solve thousands of problems, leading hundreds of kaizen teams, and coaching hundreds of future leaders. 5. The ability to work the problem solving myself, leading or coaching a kaizen team, or training future leaders on the tools needed to cultivate a culture that embraces continuous improvement. 6. Experience managing organizations in manufacturing, supply-chain and marketing. 7. Expertise in ACE, Six Sigma, Toyota Production System, various MRP systems and operating systems, such as Oracle R12, SAP, JD Edwards, etc... 8. Extensive experience with data analysis tools and programming, including VBA, Python, Tableau, Alteryx and of course, Excel.
