I have been working as a customer service agent for more than a decade. First at T-mobile (3years), then at Nokia (4 years), where I have been leading an international group of 70 agents at the Call Centre. In the past five years I was working for a Hungarian Fashion brand, ÁERON - first as Customer relations manager, then as Sales and Operations Director (COO). I was dealing with all the international clients and agencies the brand worked with. We kept contact mainly by e-mail and phone calls, but we met 3 times a year in Paris at the Fashion Week.
