My name is Yifan, I am a senior international supply chain Manager and I provides a one-stop service for international businesses. Such as product research, sample collection. I also provide logistics services for factories and e-commerce. Logistic is my strengths. I have improved logistics for several companies, reducing logistics costs while increasing timeliness and improving shipping quality. Case 1: A top German furniture manufacturer, after our improvement, the shipping time was shortened from two months to one month, and saved $700 per container in the combined cost of shipping, with no internal losses due to handling. As a result of the reduced supply chain costs and improved quality, the company's annual sales were twice as high as before. Case 2: The company is a startup, selling FMCG products, but the weakness of the supply chain drags their development. The logistics range with high costs, slow timelines, and high losses(up to 2% losses of value). After I took over, the company's single logistics cost would be about 50% of the previous one, the delivery speed increased by one week, and there was almost no loss. I believe that reducing logistics costs is not about finding a cheaper logistics! Rather, it is the result of observation and calculation of the entire supply chain.
