Serves as point of contact for the provision of consultative service to hiring authorities Specializes in the Light and Industrial industry. • Source/Recruits for Production and Logistic Technician, Maintenance and Electrical Technician and Talent Acquisition Specialist positions as well as administrative and executive assistants, customer service, data entry and etc. • Utilizes sourcing techniques including in-house database (Bullhorn), job boards (Indeed, and ZipRecruiter), and referrals to identify potential candidates. • Navigates different VMS such as SAP Fieldglass. • Parses resume to ATS database (Bullhorn). • Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge based on the provided position requirements. • Prescreens candidates over the phone, discusses the details of the job, negotiates the terms, takes note of the candidates’ preferences, and manages and coordinates all communication with the candidates. • Creates candidate profiles for up-selling skills and experiences for submission. • Follow-up with candidates and clients to attain post-interview feedback. • Builds and maintains relationships with candidates, Senior Recruiter, and the Account Manager being supported
